Bougainville Technical College Application

The Bougainville Technical College wishes to notify interested applicants for the 2022 academic year that application for enrolment closes on December 30th, 2021.

This means applications must reach the School’s office before the 30th December,2021 and any late applications will not be considered.

The Deputy Principal academic, TONY KARAU in a notice to the public stated that this will be the last time the School will be accepting Grade tens and Grade 12 who are at home as next year and onwards the School will only accept Grade 12 and online applications.

He announced time table that the School will follow, that all successful applications will be announced on New Dawn FM and NBC between January 8th and ten, 2022.

All applications must be made with a K20 fee that must be deposited to the School’s account.

School fees for 2022 will be boarders will pay SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SIX KINA whilst Day Students will pay FIVE THOUSAND AND SIXTEEN KINA.

The school will only accept fifty percent or more in upfront payments during registration.

2024 PNG Education Institute (PNGEI) Application Form and Course Information

The  PNG Education Institute (PNGEI) contributes toward the professional development and training of teachers, both in the in-service and pre-service programs. Here is some information about PNGEI application forms and programs. 

2024 PNGEI application forms

The 2024 PNGEI Application Form is likely to have the following residential programs similar to the previous year's programs (get in touch to find the latest courses on offer at PNGEI):

1. Bachelor of School Leadership and Management - (2 yrs full-time)
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching, Secondary /Tertiary (1 yr full-time)
3. Post Graduate Diploma in Inclusive Education (1 yr full-time)
4. Diploma in Teaching English, Primary - In-service (6 months full-time)
5. Diploma in Teaching Mathematics /Science, Primary - In-service (6 months full-time)
6. Diploma of Teaching Technical Vocational Education - Pre-service (1 yr full-time)
7. Diploma of Vocational Education Training - In-service (28 weeks)
8. Diploma in Education Junior Primary - In-service (1 yr full-time)
9.Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Pre-service (both School Leavers & Non-School Leavers), (2 yrs full time)

Applying

The closing date for the 2024 application is around July every year. The applicants who have completed the application forms for entry into PNGEI, take note of the date when submitting your applications.

It is important to ensure the 2024 applications are sent together with the required documents before the closing date.

Those who scan and email documents note that at the time of registration, PNGEI will ask for your original application fee receipt.

Unitech Application for Re-admission Application

Universty of Technology (Unitech, Lae) 2019 Semester 2 Application for Enrolment now open for readmission of discontinued or suspended or withdrawn students.

Key points:

Very important notice

1. Applicants seeking re-admission should take note that:

i. If you have previously failed 2 time in the past year or 3 times in any of the subsequent years of you program of study then you are automatically disqualified from re-admission in that program.

ii. If you have not completed your program of study within the prescribed allowable period of completion (DEGREE PROGRAM – 7 YEARS) then you are automatically disqualified from re-admission in that program.

3. Faxed or emailed copies of the 2019 Unitech Application form for re-admission will not be accepted.

4. Application form is available on the PNG UNITECH website (http://www.unitech.ac.pg).  You can also request for an application from through the email address stated below (9).

5. Application close on the 20th of April 2019. Any application forms received after the closing date will be rejected.

6. Applicants are required to carefully read through the instructions and strictly comply to avoid outright rejection of their application forms.

7. Applicants who are caught with forged/altered documents will be blocked and permanently disqualified from ever applying to any program at UNITECH in the future.

8. The university will not accept two or more applications from an applicant.
